This is a good hotel in central Panama City. Great value compared to an air b&b and the staff is very attentive to your needs. Rooms are cleaned and refreshed daily, breakfast was good with variety, tons of restaurant options and lovely city views. There is also a solid gym and spa which was well used during our stay. On the 2nd night we had an electirical issue which was promptly dealt with and to our surprise we were treated to a complimentary bottle of wine with cheese and fruit platter. No complaints on this one.

All employees we encountered were professional, friendly and went out of their way to explain things to us in English. Although our Spanish was very limited, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. That includes reception, casino and Bingo staff. The Concierge was excellent and answered all of the questions I posed on e-mail before our arrival. The staff made our visit a very pleasant one.

Dorothy

The concierge service was outstanding in every way especially Gabriel who. watched for and anticipated our every need. All service personnel. were warm ,gracious, and did their jobs well. The hotel location was central and convenient to all of the wonderful attractions of Panama City.

Lieberman

The staff were amazing, the room was wonderful, and overall the whole hotel was great! Probably the nicest one we stayed at during our 2 weeks there (we went to 6 different hotels for reference!)

Huda

Still the best hotel in the area. Actual maintenance of the property. Friendly staff. Traffic seems to be picking up again. Good gym and good service overall.
